Avon and Somerset Constabulary are asking for help locating several people. Those on the wanted list include a man booked for a license violation.
The police are also searching for a woman who is also on release from prison. She has links to Bristol and Bournemouth. A Taunton man is wanted after failing to appear in court and another man is wanted in connection with the Kill the Bill protest riot in Bristol in March 2021. Police have urged people to call 999 if they see a missing wanted man. Avon and Somerset Police have said the public should also not approach Liam Gordon if they see him.
The force has issued an urgent appeal to locate the 38-year-old man, wanted by court order after failing to appear in court. A police statement said Gordon has links to downtown Bristol. If you see Gordon, do not approach him, call 999. If you have any information, please call 101 and quote reference 5222297017.
Officers are asking the public to help in the search for a South Bristol man who is wanted in connection with various driving offenses and bail violations. Joseph Nash, 35, also known as ‘Gonzo’, has been described by police as being around 6 feet 2 inches tall, with brown eyes and brown hair. If you see Nash, instead of approaching him, call 999 giving reference to 5223031832.
Police are asking the public to help them find Liam Ballard. The 29-year-old is wanted in jail for a license violation.
He has links in and around Bristol, particularly in the city centre. Ballard is said to be white, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, thin, and has brown eyes. He has a cut on the side of his face. He has tattoos, including a scroll on his left arm and names on his right arm. If you see Ballard do not approach, call 999 quoting the reference 5223019980, or call 101 with any other information.
Police are renewing their appeal to find Rozita Shahi. Rozita, who also goes by the name Zeba Nikmehr, is wanted in prison.
The 35-year-old woman has links to Bristol and Bournemouth, but friends and family say they have not seen her and are concerned. She is described as female, slim, approximately 5 feet 5 inches and has dark brown hair. She was last seen in Bristol on Saturday December 17, wearing a cream coat and white trousers, although police believe she was in the city center the next day around 4:40pm. Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Matthew Kent, a 38-year-old wanted man. Kent, who is from the Taunton area, is wanted on a warrant after failing to appear in court.
He is described as white, thin, with short dark hair. It has links with Lydeard St Lawrence, Taunton, Wellington, Yeovil, Frome, Shepton Mallet, as well as the Devon and Cornwall area. If you see it, call 999 and give the call manager the reference number 5222035053, or call 101 with any other information.
Police are renewing their request for help finding a man wanted in connection with the Bristol riot that occurred a year ago. Detectives want to speak to Benjamin Broadribb about the riot in the city center on Sunday March 21, 2021.
The 28-year-old is likely to be at Bristol, although he also has links to Glastonbury and Southampton. He is white, tall, with a slim build and has long wavy brown hair.
