Essex and Loose Women’s own Stacey Solomon was quick to protect Molly-Mae Hague after her mother criticized her for taking out her newborn Bambi. The former Love Islander appeared on the reality show along with professional boxer and boyfriend Tommy Fury and finished runner-up behind Amber Gill and Greg O’Shea.

Molly-Mae, 23, shared a photo with her followers of herself with baby Bambi, who is one month old. However, the popular youngster was criticized by some people on Instagram after going on a mother-daughter date while Tommy was preparing for her fight with Jake Paul, reports BirminghamLive.

The Love Islander post received several commenters who shared their dismay at the snap. Bridget wrote: “Baby is too young to take outside to start taking these photos. Rest up girl.” Cardio said, “Isn’t that baby cold?” But fans were quick to defend Molly-Mae. Ani said, “Don’t be silly!”

Cardio replied, “I’m talking about the face. It looks awkward.” However, many also shared their love for the cute photo of the young mother and daughter as Cakey said: “I find it very cosy”, while Loose Women’s Stacey defended the Pretty Little Thing creative director, writing: ” Adorable”.

“The baby is one month old. He doesn’t need to rest, he’s fine. Fresh air is the best for babies and you should mind your own business!!” Julia said. Esme said, “Girl, leave her alone.”

“The baby is wrapped up and warm. This is England and we all take our baby out, rain or shine,” said Sara. Missabi said: “You can’t keep a baby inside, they need sunlight and fresh air. They took my baby out five days after I had them and it did us both good.”
