West Ham United will be looking to move out of the Premier League relegation zone when they take on Nottingham Forest at London Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Hammers come into the game after a 2-0 loss to rivals Tottenham Hotspur six days ago, their first defeat in five matches in all competitions.

For West Ham, it will see them play against a Forest side who enter the match 13th and five points clear of the 18th-placed Hammers, holding defending champions Manchester City to a 1-1 draw a week ago.

Cornet’s planned return

West Ham United manager David Moyes admits he is impressed with the return of winger Maxwel Cornet after a long absence through injury.

Signing from Burnley for £17.5m in the summer transfer window, Cornet was initially set to only miss a few weeks but has suffered a series of setbacks on his road to recovery, spending much of the last two months working with a specialist. Paris.
