A road in Sheffield has been closed after a car accident involving a truck.
The accident happened this morning, around 6am to 6.30am As a result, Moore Street from Charter Row to A61 St Marys Gate is closed in both directions.
It is not clear at this time what exactly happened, but it is known that a truck and a car were involved in the accident.

According to the Inrix traffic management system: “Moore Street in both directions closed due to accident, one truck and one car involved from Charter Row to A61 St Marys Gate (Moore Street roundabout).”
South Yorkshire Police were contacted for comment.

Two people were rushed to hospital after a serious accident and car fire on Moore Street in Sheffield this morning.
South Yorkshire Police were called to the road at 5:30am this morning to receive reports of a single vehicle accident. The road has since been reopened this afternoon.
